Refund & Returns Policy

We want every machine we deliver to earn for you from day one. This policy explains what happens if something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered.

1. Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the machine at the point of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery order before signing. Report concealed damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.

2. Dead on arrival (DOA)

If a machine fails to power on or operate on first installation and the fault is confirmed by our technicians, we will at our option repair it, replace the affected parts, or replace the machine — at no cost to you. DOA claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. Warranty claims

  • All machines carry a one (1) year parts warranty from the date of delivery.
  • To make a claim, contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your invoice number, machine serial number, and a description (photos/videos help) of the fault.
  • Our technicians will diagnose remotely first; if parts are required, we ship replacement parts, and where needed arrange on-site service.
  • The warranty does not cover consumables, cosmetic wear, damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, power irregularities, pests, or flood.

4. Change of mind

Because machines are configured and prepared per order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been confirmed and the machine prepared for delivery. Deposits on cancelled custom orders may be partially refundable depending on preparation costs already incurred — we will state this on your quotation.

5. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business daysof approval. Where the original method is unavailable, we will refund by bank transfer to a verified account in the purchaser’s name.
