Prosper Peace cannot guarantee that every cashless device is compatible with every vending machine.

Compatibility should be confirmed before installation.

11. Third-Party Payment Services

Cashless payment systems may rely on independent payment providers, banks, e-wallet providers, telecommunications providers or other third-party services.

Prosper Peace's use of WhatsApp Business and related technologies is subject to the applicable WhatsApp Business terms and policies. Meta's current WhatsApp Business Solution Terms require businesses using the service to comply with applicable technical documentation and messaging policies.

16. Prosper Peace AI Chatbot

Prosper Peace may use an AI-powered chatbot to assist our team in responding to customer enquiries received through our website, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp Business.

The chatbot is used by Prosper Peace for Prosper Peace's own customer service and business operations.

It is not a Software-as-a-Service platform.

Prosper Peace does not provide the chatbot as a platform for unrelated businesses to connect their own Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp accounts.
