These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of goods and services from Prosper Peace Vending Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No: 202201039206 (1484903-U)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered address at 2A, Lorong Asas Jaya 21, Kawasan Industri Ringan Asas Jaya, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotations and orders

  • Prices shown on this website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are indicative; a formal quotation will be issued before any order is confirmed.
  • An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance and receipt of the agreed deposit or payment.
  • Machine specifications, colours, and product imagery may vary from images shown on this website.

2. Payment

  • We accept bank transfer, FPX, DuitNow, major cards, and selected e-wallets as stated at checkout or on the invoice.
  • Title to goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment; risk passes upon delivery.
  • Financing, where offered, is subject to separate approval.

3. Delivery and installation

Delivery lead times are estimates and subject to stock and location access. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

4. Warranty

Machines are covered by a one (1) year parts warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty excludes consumables, cosmetic wear, damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, power irregularities, pests, or flood. Claims are handled per our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Use of this website

Content on this website is provided for general information and is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission. We may update content, prices, and these Terms at any time; the version published on this page applies at the time of your order.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
