Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver from our facility in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang to locations across Malaysia. Machines are heavy commercial equipment, so every delivery is scheduled with you in advance.

1. Coverage and charges

• West (Peninsular) Malaysia — delivery charges and promotional availability are confirmed per order.
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) — delivered by sea freight; charges quoted per order based on port and final location.
• Remote and special-access locations — delivery is assessed and quoted before confirmation.
• Non-ground-floor placements, stair access, or locations requiring specialised equipment may incur additional handling charges, quoted before delivery.

2. Lead times

Delivery and configuration lead times depend on machine availability, customisation, destination, freight schedules and site access. The estimated timeline will be confirmed in the quotation or order before delivery is arranged.

3. Site requirements

• A dedicated standard power point (240V) within 2 metres of the placement spot
• Level flooring able to bear the machine’s weight
• Clear access path (doorways, lifts, or ramps) — tell us in advance if access is tight
• Stable internet or mobile coverage for cashless payments and telemetry

4. Installation and handover

Standard delivery includes positioning, levelling, power-up, and a basic operational check. Cashless configuration and operator training are provided according to the confirmed project arrangement. You (or your representative) must be present at handover to inspect the machine and sign the delivery order.

5. Missed deliveries and storage

If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed due to site access or absence of the recipient, re-delivery and storage charges may apply.
